James McGrath's recent credits include Young Newt Scamander in HARRY POTTER: MAGIC AWAKENING, as well as Wizzie the talking alarm clock in Dreamworks Animation's BOSS BABY film series. 

James studied classical and contemporary acting theory at Western Washington University. He also performed as an ensemble member of The Dead Parrots Society improv team, earning national awards and hundreds of hours on stage.

For his lead performance in the stage play Terra Nova, James was nominated for and went on to win an Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship in addition to The Mark Twain Comedy Award, performing his own written work at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.

James currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.
