She grew up in Auckland, NZ to Sri Lankan parents and her time in the US has given her experience in a General American accent.

Chanisha has a bright, youthful and naturally energetic tone, which she has lent to corporate narration, video games and animation since 2021. She has extensive singing experience for most of her life and part of a local A Cappella group.
