With over 40 years of voice and acting experience, I can confidently use my skills to creatively maximise your message. From warm, to wacky, to International walla, I work in a variety of genres and styles — commercial advertising, documentary, e-learning, informational/explainer, narration, audiobooks, animation, looping and character/gaming. As an American based in Auckland New Zealand, my natural accent is General American, and I am proficient in most regional American accent. I also specialise in mid-Atlantic/International English, often used in fantasy and gaming genres. I am also a trained voice and dialect coach, with the ability to work with pure sound (vocal gestures, audible breath work, exertion sounds, screams) as well as curate invented or “lost” languages. Fun fact: I was raised in Hawaii and am proficient in Hawaiian “Pidgin” English — a unique dialect comprised of English, Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, Filipino and Portugese.
