Evan Packard is an American voice actor based in Northern Alabama who started his journey at just 17 years old when he was a senior in High School with graduation just a few months away. One night, Evan decided to make his final attempt to pursue his dream job by combining his two greatest passions: YouTube and Voice Acting. This decision would change his whole life when he started the channel NyxMoon Reads. Little did Evan know, this one decision would change his entire life. He began posting ASMR Roleplaying videos at the start of January 2022, using the skills in voice acting that he had picked up over the years prior and applying them to his videos. These actions made him blow up over night, with thousands of people discovering his channel and subscribing to him. After posting more and more videos, Evan achieved over 10K subscribers by February, a New Years Resolution he had set for himself at the start of the new year By the time he graduated from High School, he was sitting at more than 30K subscribers. As his channel grew, opportunities in voice acting began showing up in his life.

In May of 2022, he booked his first official voice acting gig where he provided additional lines for Project Wingman: Frontline 59. From there, he pushed further for his career and would attend his first voice acting class the following month where he would be taught by Cassandra Lee Morris. This would be one of many other classes he would eventually take, being taught by many more amazing voice actors which include: Richard Horvitz, Tony Oliver, Dorah Fine, Greg Chun, Amber Lee Connors and more!

Ever since he began his journey, he has had the chance to voice for multiple projects across YouTube, Gaming and Animations. He would soon find a big break when he was reached out to by Porcelain Doll Studios to join the cast of the official dub for the Sonic Metal Apocalypse AU  comic by feelin_anemoia on Instagram, one of the most popular Sonic AU's in the fandom, where he would take on the roles of Silver the Hedgehog and Jet the Hawk. These are just two of many more roles he has played in his career, more of these roles include: Jackson from the YouTube animation Backrooms - Stalker, Sirius Aeternus in the Visual Novel Hallow Hearts, multiple FNAF VHS Tape animations, and more! But Evan's most proudest roles he has are the ones he has on his channel.

On his channel, he has created multiple different characters that each tell a story that involves the listener of the video. These stories can range from simple slice of life scenarios like Opposites Attract, where a shy nerd named Miles Christon falls in love with the listener who happens to be a cheerleader. Don't Shy Away, a story by Henry Letterman who has just escaped a toxic relationship and finds someone new who falls in love with him and goes above and beyond for him. Popularity is Temporary, a popular goofball named Ian Letterman has the hots for one of the nerdy goth girls. Left Behind, a Jurassic Park fan story about geneticist Maxwell Kastor and his wife being stranded on Isla Nublar after the events of the film take place. These are just some of many different stories Evan has told on his channel with many more stories to come!
